My documents were declined, why?

If your documents were declined, don’t panic.

Those are the possible reasons:

1. You’ve uploaded wrong or inacceptable documents. You will receive an email with the details and you can upload the need document again. If you can’t find an email, check “spam” or “promotions” folders.

2. Something is wrong with your photos. For example, something is blurry or unclear. You will receive an email with the details and you can upload the need document again. If you can’t find an email, check “spam” or “promotions” folders.

3. The language is not supported. If the language of your documents is not supported, you should get a copy of it written in Latin and notarized  

4. The documents you’ve uploaded were downloaded from the internet.

5. Your documents are invalid. 

6. You’ve been suspected in a fraud.

7. Currenly Nominex does not offer service to residents of:  Iran, Sudan, Syria, North Korea, Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, USA, USA territories: United States Minor Outlying Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Island, and the US Virgin Islands (St. Croix, St. John and St. Thomas)
